Follow these steps for disabling run from start menu:-
1. Just click on start menu and then click on run.
2. Type their regedit.
3. Now go to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMICROSOFTWINDOWSCURRENT VERSIONPOLICIESEXPLORER.
4. Now right click on the right panel and add a new dword and name it as no file or no run.
5. Set the value or give the value of 1.
6. Now close the registry editor and restart or logoff your computer to take changes happened.
